One huge pine, several humongous elms, rest are hickory or oak. I think the elms in particular could make some real nice 'big' lumber but you have to figure out how to do it without tearing up the land. Here's the deal: You may cut trees down, load up what you want from it on your trailer and pile ALL residue around the old stump so we can burn later. You cannot leave without the cleanup done for each tree. We don't want a mess for giving them away for free. We have had previous experience with some one coming out - taking the best parts and leaving a mess. You must agree ahead of time to work around our schedule which is pretty flexible.
