<p>I live between Amsterdam, Madrid, and Jacksonville. This is my first home and I have done a lot of renovations in the 7 years I have lived here. I leave my home exactly as I live it, and rent it out to trustworthy people while I am away. If you stay in my home you will have access to everything I like (and I am spoiled) - so here it goes..... <br><br>House: The house is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 Bathroom, 1395sq ft, with 10 foot ceilings, ceiling fans in every room, hardwood floors, and an enclosed front porch w/ couches & wrap around windows among friendly neighbors who have owned their homes for many years. <br><br>Tech: There are fiber optics running under the house for the stereo system which fills the house with music appropriate for each room, there are three networked computers one is mobile, a 36" monitor, a 31" mobile monitor, a Fax Machine, Scanner, Copier, VoIp phone line that you can call Spain or almost any other place for free, WiFi wireless broadband internet (6 mbps - very fast.) <br><br>Furnished: The home is furnished as I like to live, not as a rental. Huge custom built beds, Ethan Allen couches, Antiques, Original Paintings, 3D underwater mural, you get my drift. <br><br>Kitchen: Gas Stove, New Appliances, tons of culinary things, espresso machine, etc. Liquor/Wine Bar (yes is has with liquor & wine in it) and the pantry is usually stocked w/food. Just replace what you eat or drink so that my cupboards have something when I am in Florida. <br><br>Entertainment Room: The big 36” computer monitor makes videos as crisp as you can imagine. The Dell Workstation that runs it has a DVD burner that can write on your disk and the keyboard and mouse are wireless. Enjoy some African masks, or peruse what is left of my once legendary music library after 4 breakups have ravaged it. <br><br>Lawn: The back yard is fenced in. I have a lawn mower and a neighbor kid. I usually mow my yard. You can use the mower or pay the kid; or I can pay the kid. I’m open on this. But I can’t mow the yard from Holland. <br><br>Neighborhood: Riverside is the historic district right next to downtown Jacksonville. You can walk to shopping areas, clubs, bars, etc, but it’s safe and your wife can enjoy a jog down oak covered streets and historically preserved homes. I’ll fill you in on hip spots to sip good coffee, and hit on literate girls, while getting hit on by men, whatever gender you happen to be. Oh yeah, and there’s always art on the walls.<br><br>Surrounding Friends: No matter how wild all that might sound, all the surrounding neighbors own their homes, and have become great friends of mine. Next door is my ex-girlfriend and best friend who can speak for me and any issue and handle anything that might arise. My father is a contractor and will maintain the home. My sister lives in the neighborhood also, along with about 250 of my closest friends, so I know you will be in good company.<br><br>Utilities: You can take them over, or I can leave them in my name depending on how long you plan to stay.</p>
<p>Your landlord: I am always online. Email me anything and I’ll get right back to you. We can talk over one of the big monitors using the webcam, if you like, but I don’t anticipate that unless you need to show me something. I am easy to communicate to and work with. If you need anything let me know.
