I am looking for either a kitten or young cat that is friendly and/or loving toward people (I have no kids and no other pets) so I don't mind if they aren't good with other animals or children but must be good with people or adults. The black and white dog is wearing a brown collar with no tags. If they're yours, they're eating our dog food and avoiding the storm on my front porch. Please come get them. And if so, must I make an appointment or are neutering services also on a first come, first serve basis? Costs? My 10 month old pup is due for an annual checkup, vaccinations, and must be neutered. <![CDATA[<h4>If I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but do not have love, I have become a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. I may have the gift to speak what God has revealed, and I may understand all mysteries and have all knowledge. I may even have enough faith to move mountains, but if I don't have love, I am nothing. I may even give away all that I have and give up my body to be burned, but if I don't have love, none of these things will help me. 1st Corinthians 13:1-3. </h4> I have heard the voice of the Lord loud and clear. Preach the word with all diligence for the time is short, but if I don’t do it out of love, it means nothing. Is there “Absolute Truth” and where do we find it? Ask yourself some simple questions. Why is murder wrong? Why is stealing or lying or cheating wrong? Where did “we” as a society get the “rules” of right and wrong? Did we just make them up as we went along? No. Despite what you may have been taught in school, America got it’s first set of laws from the Bible. I know, I know. As soon as you bring up the Bible many people run away, but it’s the truth. It’s not an outdated book. It’s even more relevant today than ever considering the state of our county and the world today. We need truth! Aren’t you tired of being lied to? By the media, the press, the TV and movies. We all know it’s a lie and that it’s all a facade, but we still follow like lost sheep, right to the slaughter. Why is the Bible the only book we should look to for the truth? 1). It is the only book that delivers on the promises it holds. Specifically; it does for me EXACTLY what it says it will do. The Bible promises to alleviate my guilt and shame by giving my life to Christ. It has and it does. It promises to give me transforming power to live a “new life”, a better life, free of addictions and bondage to earthly things. It has and it does. It promises to fill me with hope and belief of a life in heaven after I die. It has and it does. The Bible delivers like NO OTHER BOOK has ever done. That’s because it is truly the inspired Word of God. 2.) History, Archeology and Science confirm the Bibles authenticity. The Bible said the earth was round while men thought it was flat. The Bible said that the stars were innumerable, and man said he could count them all. We know now you can’t. The Bible stated that the earth was suspended in space, that light is in motion and that every star is different, WELL BEFORE any scientist “discovered” it. There are many things to numerous to list here. LOTS of PROOF is available. Prophecy and proof of their fulfillment. The Bible is the ONLY book to predict the future with 100% accuracy. There have been over 1000 prophecies proclaimed in the Bible. More than 500 of them have come TRUE! If you had a friend who predicted the future just 5 times and it came true, you would believe whatever they said about the future! How much more should we believe Gods Word, the Bible; that has predicted the future, over and over and over again. There is so MUCH PROOF it’s hard to believe that anyone would discount it. The Bible goes AGAINST our very NATURE. The Bible is not a “lets make everybody feel good about themselves” book. The Bible says we are “sheep that need a Shepard”. That doesn’t sit well with people today because of our PRIDE. The Bible boldly proclaims that ALL of us have sinned and that there is only ONE WAY to be forgiven of our sin. The Bible goes AGAINST our NATURE because we are created, not the Creator. Gods’ ways are not our ways. Gods’ thoughts are not our thoughts. (Isaiah 55:8) Men write books about how GOOD mankind is and how GREAT we are and how FAR we’ve come. God inspired men to write the Bible to tell us how DIRTY and UNHOLY are our deeds in the sight of God. (Isaiah 64:6) How arrogant and unloving and ridiculous we are. It smacks at our pride and puts us in our place as “humans”. The Bible doesn’t pat mankind on the back. It does the opposite. It proclaims the Holiness and Purity of God and that apart from Him we can do nothing. (John 15:5) It declares that God made the WAY to heaven, not men. (John 3:16) Are you going to believe books that declare how great WE are, or how great GOD is? God is LOVE. Love is REAL, but so is the DEVIL. Why? Why is it easier for people to believe in God than the Devil? I ask you this, is there more EVIL in the world or more GOOD? Just read the news and that answer is obvious for those who are paying attention. Is mankind becoming LESS depraved, sensual, and violent or MORE? So I ask you plainly, are we going UP or DOWN as a nation? Obviously we are heading down at a VERY rapid rate and GOD is NOT to BLAME. How do you “prove” to someone that you love them? If you love them and are committed you don’t “mess around” with anyone else. You respect them and shower them with affection and gifts, right? So you make CHOICES that PROVE that you love them. You “play” by the “rules”. So in a spiritual sense we also must make choices that prove our love to God. So then if there isn’t any OTHER CHOICE we wouldn’t have any “way” to prove our love and commitment to the Lord. But there is a choice, isn’t there. Every time you turn on your computer, you have a choice. Every time you walk into a liquor store intent on getting drunk, you have a choice. When the “dealer” offers you a little “taste”, you have a choice. Yes men (and women) are inherently evil but there is SOMEONE out there with a whole army of evil beings, helping them along in their choices. There is a BALANCE to nature (all the way down to atoms), to the world, our solar system and even our galaxy. There are OPPOSING FORCES that keep everything in CHECK otherwise life itself wouldn’t even be possible. The Devil (and his forces) are that “balance” on the evil side of the scale. Make NO mistake though. Satan is no “match” for God. Satan is a “created being” and does not have the POWER that God has. You might be surprised to know that Satan’s power is very LIMITED and MONITORED (in some respects) by God. (1st Corinthians 10:13). I don’t have time to go into all of that right now but in “essence” you could say that Satan “works” for God as the OTHER CHOICE. There would be no way we could prove our love to the Father if we didn’t have some “tasty treats” out there to choose from. Sin is pleasurable for a season. If it wasn’t ENTICING then it wouldn’t be a fair fight. But as the Bible states, and as I can testify from countless personal experiences, sin has its CONSEQUENCES. Yes it feels good for a while. Yes it’s “fun” for a while but then it gets old and you’re off trying to get that “feeling” again. That’s the Devils job in a nutshell. Keep you running, keep you chasing that next “rush” or romance or career. His job is simply to keep you so busy focusing in on yourself that you never even think about God. Satan’s grand plan (and it’s working pretty well) is to convince people that he does not EXIST. If there’s no Devil, then there’s no hell and I can live ANY WAY I want and there won’t be any consequences for “my actions”. That CHOICE has filled up our prisons to overflowing. That CHOICE has sexually transmitted diseases killing millions every year. That CHOICE has people up to their eyeballs in debt juggling their finances. That CHOICE has stripped God and the Bible from this nation’s mind and focused it on themselves. That CHOICE is robbing people of their ETERNAL SALVATION and condemning their souls to hell. That one gets most people. “How can a God of love send anyone to hell? God doesn’t “send” anyone to hell. You MAKE the CHOICE to be there. God has PROVIDED the WAY for you to escape hell. Even right now the Devil is whispering in your ear that this is a bunch of nonsense. Nobody believes that stuff anymore, right? Wrong. Gods WORD stands FOREVER and the judgment against Satan has already been set. He will burn in the LAKE of FIRE, forever and he KNOWS THAT. He wants to take as many people WITH HIM as he can before the end. And I’m here to tell you plainly that the end is much closer than you might think. Over 250,000 people die EVERYDAY, worldwide. Every second, 3 people die. By the time you read this over 900 people will have passed from this LIFE to the NEXT. Young, old, black, or white it doesn’t matter. Everyone dies. Some a lot sooner than they should because of the CHOICES they made. I know that not many will receive this. The Bible even confirms that fact. <h4> "Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter through it. "For the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to (eternal) life, and there are few who find it. Matt 7:13-14</h4> It is YOUR CHOICE. It is NOT a coincidence that I WROTE this or that you READ it. God is reaching out to you. He is extending you a hand from heaven to save you from everlasting torment. In the book of John chapter 3, a very religious and devout man who was a teacher and a preacher in Jerusalem confronted Jesus. He KNEW that Jesus was from God by the WAY He talked and the MIRACLES He did. So he came to him (at night) and asked Him how to get to heaven and Jesus said: <h4> "I can guarantee this truth: No one can enter the kingdom of God without being born of water and the Spirit. "Do not be amazed that I said to you, 'You must be Born Again.' </h4> Many people get “tripped up” about this phrase “born again”. It simply means that you’ve put your FAITH in God and TRUST in Jesus that He died for your sins on the cross and that the righteous demands of God are now satisfied on your behalf. After you accept Christ as your Savior, God then EMPOWERS you with His Holy Spirit to walk a new “born again life”. It’s not complicated. There’s no “special” ceremony. You can do “it” sitting right there at your computer. If you mean it from your heart and want the promise of heaven when you die and are willing to surrender your life to Him, then pray this simple prayer and God will SAVE you. Heavenly Father, I know that I’m not right with You and that I’ve made many bad choices. I want a new life and the power to live it right. I want You in my life today. I believe that You sent Jesus to pay for my sin and I accept Him as my personal Lord and Savior. Jesus I give you my life and ask you into my heart. Lead me where You want me to go. Show me what You want me to do. I pray in Your Holy Name. Amen. If you just prayed that prayer I want to be the first to welcome you into the family of God. You need to get a Bible and start reading it. Start with the New Testament (the Book of John is a good place to start) and then the other letters. You may not understand it but ask God by faith to teach you about His Son and He will. Find yourself a good Bible teaching church that teaches the WHOLE Bible from Genesis to Revelation. Next, ask yourself "what has OBAMA ever achieved politically, has he any patriotism for this country and lastly asks yourself what exactly are his intentions and strategies for getting us where he says he will? McCain has served this country, and done more than anyone can ask. In my book that’s enough for me to know that he cares more about this country than most.
