My colleague Jennifer and I run a company called technology guys. this is a relatively small and self-employed company, however we would like to expand in making a new department called the creative hand. This department will be responsible for graphic design and web based URLs. We have several contracts lined up and have very promising clientele however we lack the following skills. We are looking for somebody that can specialize in Adobe flash, Adobe fireworks and on occasion Adobe sound booth. You will also need to know action script 3.0 for flash, PHP five or six, JavaScript language and XHTML. Are primary concern is action script 3.0 and JavaScript. we have several plans to utilize these languages within websites that we have been creating but are having difficulty executing them correctly based on our knowledge. about us: Jennifer and I are average people that set out six months ago determined to make our way in the world. I found myself running into individuals that always asked me if I knew how to create websites. I said no but one day I will. that one day has come and I have learned much in my short time in the web development field. Jennifer is our primary graphic specialist, she has always had a talent for hand-drawn illustrations. She'll be primarily working very closely with vector-based images and Adobe Photoshop. I myself have a moderate knowledge and almost every Adobe program. Some are stronger than others such as I am good at Photoshop Dreamweaver and illustrator. I am very poor at flash, sound booth, fireworks and Premier. our new company: our new company is actually not a company at all. It is two individuals that are trying to build a company a amongst a like-minded individuals. Aphla stage is currently where we stand. beta stage is when we begin building two websites to test each other's team work and build our foundation and how our company will operate. beta stage is to begin soon as we acquire a third person that meets the requirements. if you are afraid to get involved due to failure than this is not a path for you. everybody is aware of failure here at technology guys. however, there is nothing stopping us from succeeding so there can be no failure. We expect everyone to never lose sight of our true objective. we have hired some people in the past just to test them and they had failed. failed because they did not understand what we are trying to achieve. often they would lose motivation and get sidetracked very easily and stop following up with phone calls. this is often referred to as the wall. psychological pressure in which the mind cannot handle the unknown. I can't tell you that this is going to be an easy path, because I'm sure it will not be. a true athlete gets injured during a race. he gets back up and keeps going. that strength is a life decision moment. I have lived many of those moments here at technology guys. When things go badly then you keep hammering because eventually what you're building will rise, it up to you to make it shine. requirements: someone that wants to make a life altering move. Someone that wants to be a part of something that they were there from the beginning and can look back on it in 20 years and say " I was there, I helped make that happen " Someone that is determined to learn any skill required that he or she may have to order the complete goals and objectives. We are even willing to hire someone he that does not know action script 3.0 or PHP. As long as it they're willing to learn that all that matters to us. We knew none of these things when we first started, We don't expect everybody to stay up till four o'clock in the morning just to read a book on how to create a website however we do expect them to use that same principle towards our team. we also expect everyone to know up front that these are commission-based jobs. And since we are new aphla stage company in the works, and we may not always get paid for every single thing that we do. For an example: if it takes you six hours to build something in Photoshop then it takes you six hours. because we believe once this is off the ground all the hard work and long hours of training and building our foundation we will be able to get on a regular financial pay scale. but think about like this: when you are an intern at a hospital you do things of unimaginable labor. But the key thing to remember is, it paid off in two years when you're looking back. we are also looking for someone that does not mind running into obstacles or of structures that we may not know how to handle. We believe as a team we can solve any problem that should come our way. And if we cannot solve it then we will find the means to something or someone that knows how to solve it and we will not rest until it is done. We are trying to treat this as a professional hobby or club rather than a full-scale company it until we have banned together on our final decision on how the company works. <![CDATA[So the story is I was trying to install Windows 7 on my computer , but one of my drivers were out of date. So , I used a program to update my drivers , Driver Genius I believe and it said it had to correct 12 problems . I let it run it fixed the problems but afterward my sound wasn't working and my disk drives weren't working either. I still ran windows 7 but now my pc will only work in safe mode . The computer itself is older , but I use it as a backup, it's a Compaq made in 06 . I can't get it fixed until 31st-3rd because I'm going to be out of town .
