<![CDATA[KillaCozzy Productions is currently in pre-production on an independent feature "art" film to be shot in HDV throughout February and March of 2009. Though a limited theatrical release is probable, a definite DVD release is planned through several independent channels. We're looking for a committed and reliable individual to serve as the Cameraman/Documentarian for our project's "behind-the-scenes" featurette(s), which will be featured on the eventual DVD release, if not for other exhibition. This exciting crew position will work on capturing behind-the-scenes footage both during pre-production as well as during principal photography. This individual will also work closely with actor Tom Davidson to gather interview footage of cast and crew. The ideal person will be comfortable working closely with others and will have a great eye for framing shots and choosing good camera angles. Flexibility is also a huge plus, as filling this position will require work during much of the production and will necessitate working with the individual schedules of cast and key crew to capture interviews. This is a low budget film and will be entered in several film festivals to get exposure for our three upcoming featured films which we will be seeking investors. Although this film is low budget the film has a great storyline and we are looking for a great outcome from the success of the film festivals down to the quality of the footage of the film. We would like someone with experience in editing and or composing of short films. Synopsis: (Short Film) Struck by a deadly disease, a professional African-American woman learns to find strength and knowledge in order to survive. She rather holds onto her best memories then washes herself away in tears and despair. Shooting will begin late Oct. and Early November. We would need all editing and composing done before the end of Nov. if not earlier. This will secure the time of entering the short film into the upcoming festivals.
