Ensure administrative tasks, such as monthly food forms, health and safety documentation, performance reviews, professional development plans, staff files, etc. are accurately maintained and submitted in a timely manner. Administrative: · Ensure that all tutors complete new hire paperwork and other organization requirements (setting up new hires sessions, following up on clearances, etc). · Ensure that all tutors follow and are compliant with all federal, state and local laws as it pertain to labor and other employment laws. · Collect and review all students and tutors timesheets. · Develop a system and general protocol for collecting all required paperwork at it pertains to students and tutoring (tutor logs, registration forms, etc). · Ensure that all paperwork is turned in promptly. · Responsible for reviewing all paperwork for accuracy. · Update student data base on a weekly basis. · Complete and turn in service reports to appropriate program staff. Recruitment and training: · Support tutors recruitment and training as needed. · Address parent issues/concerns as needed. · Lead and present specific portions of the training as it pertains to internal protocol, systems and requirements. · Support in making sure that all tutors have completed all training and paperwork requirements as outlined by the district. · Assist in collecting and reviewing training evaluation surveys to improve overall training and better understand tutor needs. · Support student outreach and student enrollment: including but not limited to flyering, posting, going door to door, making program presentation throughout the community and supporting with all student outreach and enrollment efforts. * Assist to provider’s fairs to promote the company’s Supplemental Educational Services. · Answer parent inquiries pertaining to program and general enrollment procedures. · Support and participate in informational night, parent night and over community events to increase program visibility in the community. · Assist with contacting parents to sign up students to tutoring services. <![CDATA[Our company is looking for a qualified tutor who can assist a high school student in Latin coursework. Our preference would be a teacher, someone who excelled at Latin coursework in the college level, or someone who can speak and interpret Latin. The student would preferably like assistance on the weekends, or possibly in the early evenings during the week. We will pay $25/hour for the tutoring sessions, and it could be a couple of hours per week. This is a contractual position with our company and we would like to get started as soon as possible.
