Prepare timelines for new projects. Clearly communicate status updates and timelines to clients. Conduct or participate in quality assurance checks and auditing. Participate in discussion of scheduling of personnel and equipment. Attend scheduling and project review meetings and provide update on projects. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, or other related field. Two years of project management or supervisory experience in environmental field. Extensive experience in performing and writing Phase I ESAs. General knowledge of both real estate and the telecommunication industry is a strong plus. Qualified Candidate Criteria: Effectively communicate and interact with all levels of personnel, as well as clients. Effectively perform job duties with limited supervision. Demonstrate strong organizational skills. Demonstrate proficiency in common computer software including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
