I decided to move in with her and leave my old place behind and it is simply not working out. I am fairly new to Jacksonville, so I do not know too many people. I really would like to rent my own house or even a mobile home if i could find one that is reasonable enough to rent on my own. I am even open to sharing a place with someone, male or female if it is the right situation. I really don't think i can make an apartment work, due to the fact that I have alot of possessions (need some storage space) or preferably a garage due to the line of work I am in.. I have a personal vehicle, a work truck and an enclosed 8 by 10 trailer. So I just don't think an apartment would offer enough space. A small 2 bedroom house w/ a garage that i could share with someone responsible would be ideal. Or even a mobile home might be ok. I am very low key, don't use drugs and definitely do not have (once i move out) or need any drama in my life. Not a neat freak, but do like to keep things very tidy and i would expect the same from a roomie. I have a small home improvement co. that I re-started a year ago when I was laid off.. I do fairly well and could probably afford more than the $500 a month. But because these days the economy is the way it is, I don't want to blow all the saved money I have paying a rent that is too high when work for me is not guaranteed or always consistent. Although I have done well and am doing so now, you never know. I have never had a problem paying any of my bills ever, so if I could find someone to share with that would never be an issue. If my own business were to fail I already have offers to go back to work at my old company so no worries there. Anyone who would like to split a place down the middle or someone that has a house for rent that fits my needs PLEASE give me a call. Like i said, I like to just hang out, drink a beer now and then, watch football, work alot and go to the gym after work. I don't even find the time or energy to go out much anymore. I have Direct Tv with sunday ticket that I would transfer to the new place and internet service thru att that i could do the same with if you wanted. Well thanks for taking the time to read this. To make sense of my situation, My roommate/best friend is joining the Coast Guard and will be shipped out in mid-October. He's been really awesome letting me live with him but now it's time to go on my own. I'm 20 and female. I'm recently single and not looking for any relationships, please. I recently got a job out in Ponte Vedra as a dishwasher and it's a steady 5-days a week, secure job. I'm not looking for any place that will do a credit check since I have no credit history. I pretty much go to work then come home and work on my online store, surf the net, play some video games...I'm not the kind of person to go out and party. I do not drink/smoke. My only other bills are for two doctor visits a month as my cell phone is generously paid for by my family. -A place to park my motor scooter. It's a small Honda so I don't need much space at all. -A place close enough to my work. I currently live in Jacksonville Beach, in a corner between 3rd st and Beach Blvd. I have to be close enough to ride my scooter to work at Pusser's. -A kitty friendly home. -A lease that is either a 6-month lease that renews month-to-month after that period or a month-to-month lease. I will not live anywhere without a lease in order to protect both you and me. -Either no young kids or kids who will not be near where I'm staying in the home. -Somebody who doesn't use excessive heat/cooling and expect me to pay for it. I'm perfectly okay with splitting utilities if you are reasonable in your use but I once lived in an apartment where the other people living there used electricity for treadmills, power tools, heavy heating, washer/dryer, etc and the bill was well over $300 and they wanted to raise my rent. Me and my current roommate's bill, including water, garbage, and electricity averages about $100 for the both of us (not including internet, of course). This is with frequent showering but using only a fan when I sleep and no AC, going to the laundromat, and cooking many meals at home. I expect where I move probably will use AC/heat (meaning more than my current bill) but I just want to make it clear because of the roommate situation I was in before, I understand that I shouldn't be charged ridiculous amounts of money on energy usage when I try to be very aware of how much I use. <![CDATA[Hello my name is Danielle.I am 19 years old.I am new to being independent.I don't want to ramble on but i want to tell you a little about myself.Due to family issues i was placed in DCF custody from age 16 on up to age 18 when i aged out.During the time i was in dcf custody my mother was incarcerated.When i aged out of foster care my mother had just got out of prison and scooped me up from my group home at age 18 and i stayed with her in Alabama and was in search for a job whenever she went downhill with drugs again.well she ended up going back to prison and i moved in with a friend of mine in Arcadia ,fl and was staying with her and her kids for a couple months and then she moved back in with her parents so i moved to Jacksonville with my best freind Jessikah and was staying with her in her apartment near the beach area,got me a job,working hard,and she moved to Miami with one of her friends so i had to find a place ....the most affordable place i could find was around the downtown area near the westside.i'm still currently staying here but things did not go as plannedAT ALL and and its too far from where i work.i'm not too compatible with my surroundings,as hard as i tried.I have no family here in Jacksonville and my mother is incarserated.I'm looking for a reliable place to stay ...im looking for rent around the price range of less than 100 a week or with hopes of no security deposit.just something cheap for now.i cant be too choosy.i get paid bi-weekly.please notify me by email if you have any offers.Besides all of the opsticals and rocky times in my life i am a hard working ,sweet ,clean and tidy person.I don't mean to sound desperate i just want to be stable long enough to get further on my feet.Thank you! I was just evicted from an apartment I loved because I was laid off. I am working now (I got the job too late to save the apartment) and I am currently living with my family. <![CDATA[I am looking for a rental home for myself and my two school-age children. I am a clean, courteous tenant with a wonderful relationship with my current landlord. My neighbors are saddened to see me go, as we have developed a friendship over the last 4 years and My children and I are very quiet and easy-going. We do have a loyal medium sized dog with perfect references from the owner of our current home. I keep her very clean and she is quite obedient and loving! I am currently looking to reduce my monthly expenses as the cost of living is killing me right now. I currently pay over $1300 for rent every month, on time every time! I am flexible in monthly rent but I am hoping to stay near the $800-900 range. 3 bedrooms would work best but I would consider a 2-bedroom home under the right circumstances.
