<![CDATA[Due to growth we have an opening for a Technical Recruiter in Jacksonville, FL. We offer a very competitive base plus commissions. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting nationally for various skill sets such as Developers, QA Testers, BAs, SAs and Project Managers. Our recruiters are very involved in the overall process and must be able to work closely with our business development team. Based on our current volume, an experienced recruiter should be able to consistently place 3 to 5 IT professionals per month.

JOB SUMMARY:

This position will offer the opportunity to recruit and place candidates for contract, contract to hire and direct hire opportunities. Candidate activities include recruiting, interviewing/technical screening, skills matching, coordinating send-outs, and filling orders. This position requires a very dynamic individual that is very detail oriented and capable of frequently changing priorities based on client needs. Candidate must be able to develop a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates so we can meet client demands. The right candidate will be able to consistently produce sendouts and maintain a high fill ratio.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
<br>
Recruit, screen, schedule, interview, and place candidates
<br>
Develop and execute a recruiting plan
<br>
Maintain and document candidate communication within the automated recruiting database
<br>
Work closely with business development team to generate new leads
<br>
Proactively identify new methods to identify and attract candidates
<br>
Establish and maintain relationships with a variety of recruiting sources
<br>
<br>
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
<br>
Minimum 3 to 5 years IT recruiting experience
<br>
An undergraduate degree is strongly preferred
<br>
Market knowledge and expertise
<br>
Team Oriented
<br>
Must be organized and detail oriented
<br>
