<![CDATA[Hello, -----IF THIS IS YOUR DOG PLEASE LET ME KNOW---- I found a darker red nose pitbull outside my apartment complex- she actually followed me home on the anniversary of my fathers death, so I took her in. However, I am in between Orlando and Palm Coast because my sister is due to give labor any day. I have named her Pandora, and she is answering to it. Why that name? I had her outside one night, and she was following me as usual but she was about 20 feet behind me. A man began to approach me and I heard nothing but the dog running, full speed. She ran in front of me and stood still, just staring at the man. So, with her being such a calm, loving dog....it was like the man opened up Pandora's box. Anyways, I absolutely love her, and would love to keep her, but it's just not possible. I have 2 cats that I am also fostering, and she gets along with them. She does have the tendency to want to play and run after them, but she is quickly corrected. I leave them in the room alone together when I leave and have no issues at all. Pandora also LOVES kids! My cousin has a 3 year old and a 2 year old, and she just loves them to death! Along with the other kids around the apartment complex. <![CDATA[There was a very friendly yellow lab in our apartment complex today off of Oldfield Crossing Dr. (the apartments behind Lowes at Old St. Aug. and 295). The complex called the city to come and retain the animal, but they did not make it out before closing. I did not want to see the animal wandering, but was unable to contain he/she in my apartment, due to concerns for the safety of my own animal (just in case) However, I did transfer he/she somewhere safe (high fence, large back yard, caring home on the WS, belonging to my mother) and will be calling Animal Care and Protective services sometime in the morning to see if anyone has reported he/she missing. I will wait as long as I can tomorrow, before turning him/her over to the ACP services for the city. Please contact me immediately if you think this is your lost furbaby!
