<![CDATA[I have a 7 ft x 3.5 ft (and 3.5 inches thick) piece of wood that has a scenery hand carved throughout the whole piece. It's ridiculously big and I can't think of what to do with that. I wanted to see if either: 1) Someone could cut it up into 2 side tables and a coffee table...and still have it look nice/finished????? OR 2) I am thinking about putting it on the wall as an art piece. The main carving has a border around it. The border is 3.5 inches thick, but the carving itself is thinner. We would have to take the border off first because it's obviously too big to just hang up like it is. Then I would need someone to cut it up in multiple pieces (either straight lines or like puzzle pieces) and then figure out how to stain the sides so the pieces don't look so.... raw. Then I need to figure out how to secure it safety to the wall without ruining the carving. Please let me know what you would charge and what other projects you've done. Thank you.]]>
