<![CDATA[ PRAYING For GOOD Home(s) For My 3 Cats I am in a desperate situation of needing caring homes in the area for my 3 cats. I do not want any money for them. I only want them to be loved and feel safe. I do love them with all of my heart but I am very allergic and I am afraid it is affecting my health quite seriously. I am also in the grasp of a serious depression and taking care of my elderly mother. I have two females, spayed and one male, neutered. They have their shots, etc. They are as sweet as can be and each have their own personality. If you have any interest in a sweet and loving pet, or more than one of them they are 3-4 years old now. Each of them just showed up probably dropped off, or abandoned in my neighborhood of Neptune Beach and I have cared for them for almost 2 years. They love things like scratching posts and toys. I would want them to live closer by me than further away so I can see where they will actually live & I would not at all mind staying in touch with the new mommy/daddy and bringing by some food, treats & toys now and then. :) I would like to very much see how they react to your home on that first day as I love them very much and it is the only way to ensure their safety.. <![CDATA[I am looking for a small-medium sized (when fully grown) puppy for my eight year old son; the past few months have been difficult for my kid because he was diagnosed with Asperger's syndrome and feels like an alien when it comes to dealing with people. Asperger's syndrome (if you aren't familiar) is an autistic spectrum disorder that causes social difficulties- my son has an above average IQ but just can not fit into any mold or clique making school and possible friends very difficult to deal with. I feel a dog may help him gain a sense of self and teach him some empathy and responsibility. With that said, I am NOT looking for a pit or pit mix or pit anything,nor am I looking for a rottweiler, doberman, or any other dog that could cause any real damage (I love those dogs mentioned, I just can not have them in a house with two cats and my son). Jack Russells are annoying and poodles are too girly, I do not need a pure bred dog or a show dog---so that should narrow down the list I suppose. This girl is so afraid in AC. These dogs break my heart. I always worry when the photo's are rotten that the pups will be overlooked and lose their lives. Wow, this is one sweet girl and already spayed is a plus. It seems most dogs down here miss being spayed or neutered. The fact this girl is should be a plus to any rescue.
