He would not listen to any conversation involving sales (insurance, upgrades etc.). As I was the top sales person for this company at the time, I needed this sale. I decided to be kind to him regardless of his bad behavior toward me. I even went as far as to bring his car around, turn on his a/c, load his luggage, open his door and told him to have a wonderful day. As he began to step into the car, he paused for a moment and turned to look at me as if he didn't know what to say. He dropped his head and said, "You know, I am so sorry for the way I have talked to you. Let me tell you what I have been though today. The plane's a/c went out, they lost my luggage and I am on my way to a presentation. I now have nothing to show as my whole presentation was in with the luggage that the airline lost.
