I was laid off from my job in February, and it looks like I will have to move back home because I do not have enough funds coming in to cover my expenses. The lease is up on July 30th,(Four and a half months) but you have the option to re-sign or to go about your business elsewhere. The room for rent is the master, which has a bay window and a walk-in closet with it's own private bathroom. There is a washer and dryer there as well, and a fenced in backyard. There are two other female roommates, both college students, both very nice and laid back. They are gone most of the time though, so it's really like having the place to yourself. I would like to move before the end of the month, because I cannot cover my rent and I do not want to leave them hanging. The rent would be a deposit plus the first month's due at move-in, and electric/sewer/water/garbage are all on one bill and are split three ways, and obviously wouldn't be due for you until the end of April.
