I have been the Proud Owner of this truck for Approx. Eight to Ten Years. Within the First year I had the old Engine Replaced with a New Re-Conditioned 350 V-8 Engine. So the Mileage on the Engine is not correct with the Actual mileage on the dash and is actually a lot lower. The Engine has a 4 Brl. Quad-Jet Curb and has been dressed up with Mickey Thompson Vaule Covers, An Alum Intake and Lots of Chrome. This Truck also is geared low with a shift kit, has Flowmaster Dual exhust and a hood scoop as well as Alum. Mag wheels. The Inter is in pretty good condition considering the age with the dash having only one to two cracks and the seat needing to be recovered or replaced. All Glass is Good. I know of nothing wrong with this Truck except for the Rotors needing to be replaced ( or Turned) and the Air Conditioner needing to be put back on...To which I do have. This is a gold warranty package purchased through Lance Cunningham Ford in Knoxville TN. The truck is a one owner and a non smoker. This truck is loaded and has all options except Nav. The truck has been well cared for and garge kept since new. I am the original owner and hate to let the truck go, but due to a construction business I need to move into a 3/4 ton for much heavier pulling and hauling capabilities. The truck comes with a spray in liner also done by Lance Cunningham that is light tan in color to blend with the exterior paint. The true color of the truck is Smokestone, which is a light grayish tan metallic. It is a very attractive color and easy to keep clean. The tires have great tread and have been rotated regulary. I have done all of the maintenance. Past the first oil change done at the dealer it has only had Mobile one Supersynthetic oil used. Also included with the truck is a hard shell bed cover made my Undercover. This is light weight and easy for 2 people to remove for more hauling ability. <![CDATA[I have a 1989 2 door K5 full size Blazer4X4. Black, lift kit, Micky Tompson wheels, V8 engine. The top will come off. It has some rust, the inside is near perfect, runs good but has a leak in the header. I have replaced the header gasket one time but it started leaking again, so I just drive it like that. The service engine soon light comes on sometimes also. I talked to a mechanic and he said it could be anything. It could be a 02 sensor or something going bad. The oil and fluids have been changed and it runs ok so I drive it. I use this Blazer to pull my boat to the lake and atvs to ride. It pulls them like nothing is even hooked on. A/C is cold, runs and drives really good.
