I'm in fair health for my age and hike/bike at a speed somewhat below average: about 75% of the people I see hikiing are faster. I'm looking for an old woman (preferred) or man to hike or bike with who lives nearby in Pasadena, Altadena, South Pasadena, San Marino, or within a mile or so of these cities. I prefer you to be over 55 years old and fairly smart/educated like me. I usually go on hikes/bicycling for 2-12 hours (plus driving time). I'm not working and free to go most any time. Trips I've been on in the past year or two: Hiking: Mt. Baldy, Icehouse Can.,Jones Peak, Millard Can., Echo Mt., Upper Eaton Can. via Henninger Flats, Mt. Lowe, Fish Canyon, Mt. Lukens, Bridge to Nowhere, etc. Bicycling on fire roads: Mt. Lowe, Brown Mountain, Mt. Lukens, W. Fork San Gabriel River, White Saddle (in back of Monrovia), etc. After the big forest fire, there are fewer places to hike but there are still some areas open. ]]>
