Job Description

• Behavior Therapists are responsible for implementing Treatment Programs directly as specified by the Autism Services Supervisor.
<br>
<br>
• The Behavior Therapist must arrive on time for therapy sessions and must finish services as scheduled.

• The Behavior Therapist must attend scheduled Clinic Meetings and other scheduled agency meetings.
<br>
<br>
• The Behavior Therapist must record data for the programs they are implementing.
<br>
<br>
• When providing ABA services at the child's home, the ABA Therapist is responsible for having a family member sign a Daily Service Log at the end of each session.
<br>
<br>
• Behavior Therapists are also required to provide ABA therapy to children within a Public School setting [ i.e. Public School classroom] The specifics of services will vary depending upon the treatment plan. The Behavior Therapist is also responsible for having the classroom teacher sign the daily service log.

• Behavior/ABA Therapist will work on a part-time basis for approximately 15 to 25 hours per week.
<br>

• Therapist will work in the Glendale, Pasadena, Burbank, Mid-Wilshire areas, including Hollywood.
<br>

• Most of the hours worked will be afternoon hours after 3 p.m. This is because the children are enrolled in school during most of the day. If services are delivered at school, the hours worked might also include morning hours.
<br>

• Therapists are paid $18 to $25 per hour depending upon their education and work experience.

• The agency also offers Group medical insurance, a paid vacation and mileage compensation.

• Supervision of all staff are handled by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst employed by the agency.
