Culver City Large Furnished Room (12 x 15) with your own Bath, walk in closet and 12 x 12 Balcony. Entire top floor is yours - Very private. It's like a studio apartment, with a 'kitchen' area with Fridge, Microwave and Hot Pot. We are renting the room/balcony/bath, but not sharing the house or kitchen. Your entrance is through our back room, and we will interact, so prefer a female. The rest of the house is inhabited by Mom and daughter going to SMC, would be a safe secure place for a student.
