She is extremely hard working and able to handle a wide variety of tasks - in addition to childcare, she helped me with light housekeeping, did all of the laundry, helped with cooking and entertaining, ran errands, and kept everything in the house incredibly well organized (you will never see a closet as gorgeous as one she's organized!). Kriszti also took great care of all three of my kids (boys ages 4 and 6 and newborn daughter). We are a Malibu family of eight looking for a Live IN professional nanny who is willing and able to travel (Driver's License and Passport required). We have six children, twin 7 year old girls, a 6 year old boy, a 22 month old toddler, and twin newborns (a girl and a boy). We are looking for a full time live IN nanny who has a TON of experience and can juggle ALL six children (with the help of the mother). The hours for this position would be 24/7 (until the babies sleep through the night) with a 4 hours break each day between 12 and 4 pm Monday-Friday with Saturday and Sunday off. The Children & Schedule Our 7 year old twins are Eleanor (Ellie) and Charlotte (Charlie). Ellie and Charlie attend school in Malibu 5 days a week. They are dropped off at school at 8 am and need to be picked up at 4:15 pm. Both girls are extremely well behaved and have no known medical problems, except that Charlie wears glasses. The girls are talkative and fun to be around. Our 6 year old boy is Caden. He is our little troublemaker! He is generally well behaved but is known to have temper tantrums, and to get into arguments with his older sister Ellie. He hasn't adjusted to the newborn twins and we are hoping whoever we hire can help us with this. Our 22 month old daughter is Lucille (Lucy). She is our little bundle of joy. She is always happy and loves to be with the babies. Lucy is healthy but does have some food allergies and anyone we hire MUST be aware of this at all times. Our twin newborns (3 weeks old) are Scarlett and Phinneas (Phinn). The babies have adjusted beautifully to our home. They usually sleep in 2-3 hour blocks as well as short naps all throughout the day. They are healthy and have no known allergies. The mother breastfeeds and pumps and we also supplement with formula. Schedule Monday The nanny will need to transfer the babies from the nursery to the main house where the mother will take over. Ellie, Charlie, Caden and Lucy need to be dressed and gotten ready for school. Breakfast will always be prepared the night before by one of our cooks. The nanny will feed the children and take all four children in the car. Ellie and Charlie must be dropped off at 8 am at school. Caden must then be dropped off at 8:30. Lucy must then be taken to her playgroup which begins at 9 am. After that, the nanny will either take her to the park or the library. Return home by 11:30 am and put Lucy down for her nap. The nanny then has a four hour break from 12 to 4 pm. Ellie and Charlie must be picked up at 4:15. Caden will have been picked up by his mother at 2. The nanny will then resume responsibility for the newborns. Ellie and Charlie and Caden and Lucy will need to eat their snack (which will have been prepared by the cook). Then homework time at 5 pm. The nanny will need to help children with homework in the playroom while also watching Lucy and the twins. The mother and other staff will always be nearby to help. The twins are put down for a nap at 5:45 pm. Dinner is served at 6 pm (prepared by cook) and the nanny must sit and eat with the 4 older children. After dinner Ellie and Charlie and Caden are to take showers while the nanny gives Caden and Lucy a bath. The children can play until bedtime at 8:30 pm. The twins will be awake and are to be taken to the guesthouse with the nanny and put down to sleep at 10 pm. The nanny is responsible for all nighttime feedings and activities with babies. Tuesday: Same schedule with the following exceptions: Lucy does not attend playgroup. Nanny is at home with Lucy and babies. Ellie and Charlie need to be picked up at 4:15 pm and taken to Ballet from 4:30 to 6 pm. The nanny will take Caden and Lucy with her and play with them during the class. Dinner is at 6:15. Wednesday: Same schedule as Tuesday with the following exceptions: Caden has Karate from 4:45 to 6 pm. The karate studio is next to the ballet studio and both older girls have ballet at this time also. The nanny will bring Lucy with her. Thursday: Same as Monday with no exceptions. Friday: Same as Monday with the following exceptions. Lucy has playgroup. No ballet, no karate. Dinner is at 7 in the family dining room with parents. Bedtime is at 9 pm. Saturday and Sunday: The nanny has these two days off unless there is a great need for her. If she is asked to work during these days she will be paid double each hour. We need someone who can travel. We travel a lot as a family and spend at least 6 weeks in Europe every summer, sometimes more. We also travel to Vermont during the winter and to Hawaii during the spring vacation, with other smaller trips planned throughout the year. Vacations: The nanny will always be responsible for driving when on vacations (except when in foreign countries, we will have a driver). The nanny will work 24/7 including infant care overnight, until they sleep through the night. The nanny will get a couple hours each day to do as she please. The nanny will always be provided with her own room and bathroom in either a hotel or rented house. The nanny will always have credit card to make purchases for the children and herself. All travel expenses are paid and we always fly first class. Live In Accommodations You will be provided with your own guest house on our Malibu compound. It is a two story guesthouse with 2 bedrooms, a full size bathroom, a living room and a kitchen. You will also have your own car to drive, a 2009 Audi Q7 that is fully insured. The babies nursery will be temporarily located in the second bedroom of the guest house until they begin to sleep through the night so that the nanny can get up with them to care from them during the night. The guesthouse has a private entrance and is not connected to the main house. Household Staff We have a very large household and this includes a full sized full time staff. We have two cooks, three housekeepers, a driver and two security guards. We also have gardeners and a pool cleaner. Each parent also has a personal assistant. The nanny MUST be comfortable working with other staff. Pets Again, this is a very large household. We have three dogs (a Brussels-Griffon, a Labradoodle and a Golden Retriever), two cats (who are almost always hiding), one horse (boarded at a stable in Malibu), and three birds (located in the poolhouse). The nanny will not be responsible for pet care but we hope you enjoy them! If the nanny has a pet, she is also welcome to bring them, provided that they live in the guest house only.
