I used it to trigger samples from an SP404, but it can be used for triggering stuff on the computer (Ableton), a guitar effects unit, anything that accepts MIDI basically. It comes with two expression pedals also that add a lot to the unit. It has some scratches, but nothing that accepts functionality. They were already there when I bought it. I want to get rid of this ASAP so I am willing to be flexible. Most importantly, it comes with the UNO Firmware which is a chip you have to install in the unit. I bought it because it greatly increases functionality of the unit. It also fixes many bugs that came with the unit.
