So here's what I have: -I am a 26 year old latin male living alone in a spacious one bedroom in the Valley (Canoga Park, West SFV). -I do have 2 TV's but no signal, just DVD player. -I "borrow" wireless, but the signal is usually fair to strong :) -I work nights so you'd have the option to share the whole apt and sleep in the room or simply occupy the living room (which is mostly empty right now). That would be based on what works best with the amount of belongings you have and such. I also have a couple of pet rabbits and they currently take up half the bedroom, so we can move them into the living room for a month if need be; and for that purpose please no pets other than small animals (no birds). -You'd have access to any food and dishes. -Bathroom would be shared. -There is only one parking spot, but street parking is available, minding street sweep signs. (400 and you can exclusively use my spot for the month or 350 and use the street parking option) -The building was just repainted and the pool was just refurbished. -Personally I don't do drugs, smoke(anything) or party; so this is a must. Drinking socially is not a big deal to me, just not looking to come home in the morning to 5 people passed out in my living room and closet :) -I do have friends over on ocassion, so I'm ok with company as long as its very very laid back (I'm very relaxed, but again not looking to be uncomfortable in my own home).
