If you’re in a coding guru or into internet marketing this is for you. Please take the time to read this over. This is nothing more than an honest attempt by a married guy in Kirkland, Wa to find maybe three or four people to help me expand my one man operation.

In March of 2000 I started an internet advertising firm out of my bedroom in Kirkland, Washington. I was looking to make some money on the internet and when the large .com I was working for went out of business with the internet crash, I was left without a job. The company owed me almost 130K in commissions and after a lot of threatening they gave me about 25,000 products that they owned. The owner just wanted to be done with me, and I agreed to let him out of what he owed me in exchange for these products.

I took what they were doing, tweaked it a little, and started out on my own with $2100.00 dollars.
<br>
By December of that year I made almost $234,909.00 in total income with little overhead selling a much needed product to online businesses.
<br>
By October of 2005, I was making almost $700K a year take home. I will gladly show you my income tax returns to prove it. I can sell each one of my products from $2500.00 to 150K each to online businesses that in turn reap huge benefits from this product, mainly getting in the top three spots on Google.
<br>
The product is easy to sell, and one of a kind. I have no competition because I own all of the best products and there is NO way to get any more of this particular product. I am talking about domain names.

I own about 22000 domain names that were purchased way back in 1992-1993. They are worth millions of dollars. Last estimate was 23 million.
<br>
The reason they are worth so much is because they are good domain names ending in .com. You see, when you own a good domain name that ends in .com only and that matches what a consumer types into Google, your #1 on Google and you DON’T HAVE TO PAY GOOGLE.

What if you are looking to get your home pressure washed? You live in Seattle right? What would you type in? “Seattle pressure washing”. Go ahead and see who is #1.

I accidently let one of my pressure washing names expire a few weeks ago. Just to prove a point, I repurchased it, slammed up a simple site, and placed it on Google. Go and Google "Alabama pressure washing" and press enter. In just two days it's gone from page 2328, to page #1. Soon it will be #1.

I think you get the idea.

If you just started in business today, your IT guy would tell you that a domain name is EVERYTHING. They would then begin to look for good ones, but they would find out that all of them were gone in the early 90’s. All gone.
<br>
They then have to pay Google to get placement. I can tell you from experience that Google charges A LOT OF MONEY for first page. They would spend 1000’s in a month in high competitive industries.
<br>
So basically I was one of these guys that got all of the good names way back when and I have been selling them off one at a time.
<br>
There is this kid at church that lost his job about three years ago. I took pity on him and invited him over, trained him, and cut him loose with 25 domain names.
<br>
Last year he made $248,909.33 in commissions working from a laptop.
<br>
I was completely happy with the income I am making until this New Year when my wife started getting concerned and basically said that she wanted me to spend more time with the kids and her. It cut me to the core, and I felt bad about leaving all of the time with my laptop to a coffee shop every day. You see, it’s not just working, but I am really involved with my church so much that I am never home.

I was talking with Brendan (the kid that helps me sell) and we figured out that are our current pace, it would take us about 22 years to sell all of our names.

I pride myself in NOT having to wear a suit and tie, and NOT having an office space, employees, stress, problems, etc. but after realizing this truth I have decided to speed up the process and get some help. I will make more money, and those helping me will make a good living doing something fun for once, and we can have a blast doing it.

Maybe your an SEO guy. I don't hate you, but maybe you can move some of these for me.

Makes decisions on routine matters where established policies and procedures are
available. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.<p>

<b>Requirements:</b><p>
Typically has a bachelor's degree.<p>
1-3 years of Health Plan or Broker sales experience is strongly preferred.<p>
Knowledge of the health care industry and related benefit products and services.<p>
Excellent communication and telephone skills is required.<p>
Knowledge of Individual and Family Plans is strongly preferred.<p>
Familiarity with Small Group Plans is a plus.<p>
Current Life Agent License with California Department of Insurance required.<p>
Proficient PC skills is required.<p>

This position plays a vital role in the introduction of new Andrew Christian products as well as non Andrew Christian product merchandising within our retail locations in order to ensure maximum sales are generated.

This position becomes the voice of the Andrew Christian brand by building engaging retail and consumer programs which raise mindshare with our target market and tap into consumer emotions to deliver a relevant brand experience that generates product sell-through at the retail level.

The key responsibilities will be to: Manage multiple retail locations with 10+ employees, including hiring, training, setting work schedules and day-to-day management of store and operations; Responsible for identifying buying opportunities of high end non Andrew Christian product lines, negotiating buying terms and maintaining strong vendor relationships; Professionally represent the image of Andrew Christian Inc. through product merchandising and the introduction of new product in our retail store locations.

<li>Planning budgets and presenting sales forecasts and figures for new ranges
<li>Controlling stock levels based on forecasts for the season
<li>Using specialized computer software, for example to handle sales statistics, produce sales projections and present spreadsheets and graphs
<li>Analyze every aspect of bestsellers (for example, the bestselling price points, colors or styles), and ensuring that bestsellers reach their full potential
<li>Gathering information on customers’ reactions to products
<li>Analyzing previous season's sales and reporting on the current season's lines
<li>Meet with suppliers and managing the distribution of stock, by negotiating cost prices, ordering stock, agreeing timescales and delivery dates, and completing the necessary paperwork
<li>Identifying production and supply difficulties and dealing with any problems or delays as they arise
<li>Continuously identify new vendors, lines and items that enhance the consumer experience and maximize product sell-through

<b>Education and Experience</b>
