Bedroom has its own sink, spacious living area, walk-in closet, and large personal balcony. Bathroom is shared with a female LMU student in her junior year. Roommate is very independent and respectful to your surroundings. Unit is equipped with a full electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and AC/heater unit. Living room is VERY spacious and has balcony attached to the living room. There is also a dining room area with ceiling fan. Laundry is on site, specifically located on each floor and close to the unit. Apartment complex is equipped with a jacuzzi and bbq on the floor of the unit, in addition to 2 large pools and 3 other jacuzzis. Furthermore, the complex has a fitness center complete with every piece of equipment to give you a full workout. The complex just opened a internet cafe(just below the unit) where Wi-Fi is free. Complex is safe with security guards on-site at designated times. Parking is gated underground for tenants. There is nothing wrong with the unit, apartment complex, nor roommate; graduate school plans are occurring sooner than was expected at original signing of lease, requiring me to re-locate and find housing elsewhere. My bedroom has a door that leads on to the deck- an additional 400 sq ft - that has an ocean view- (although I am half a block back- it's not an unobstructed view). I am on the second floor and the living/dining has a full wall of windows - which open on to a green view of palms and banana trees.
