I haven't really given much thought as to where I want to go, but I was hoping maybe someone interested in living in the best neighborhood in LA, Echo Park (<a href="http://historicechopark.org/id37.html" rel="nofollow">http://historicechopark.org/id37.html</a>), would like to swap with me for 30 days. I'll pretty much be willing to go ANYWHERE in the world, or as close as San Fran... I'm open to any interested parties willing to swap out! <br> <br> About the place: <br> <br> 1920s gated Echo Park bungalow on the hills below LA's oldest park, Elysian Park. You can walk to all the groceries, bars, parks, music, coffee and culture you desire on historic Sunset Blvd. But if you need a car, we have a carport and its easy access to all the freeways 101, 5, 110, 10, 5 minutes from Downtown and Silver Lake, 15 min from Hollywood, 45 to the beaches of Santa Monica and Venice. (I bike everywhere, so I've found I don't even need a car!... speaking of which, you can probably borrow my bike if need be) <br> <br> It's a 2BD 1 Bath you'd be sharing with my roommate and his super cool dog. It's got a great kitchen with a 1950s stove and plenty of counterspace for you chefs. Hardwood floors. We have a projector for movie screenings. A little shaded back patio with tomato, basil, mint plants. Throughout any given day you might see some laid-back musicians recording in the studio my roommate has set-up in his room.
