The house is very rustic and needs some work but is nice. Wonderful neighbors! I have 5 children ages 22, 21 ( grown boys now ) 13, 9 and 3 that will be coming with me. We are relocating to Burbank and would love to swap houses with someone long enough to see where we would like to live out there. Time frame would be 6 mos to a year. Once you decide to go back to California we would have our real estate agency rent our house out for us. Looking for someone with kids or without that just needs a change of scenery or is looking for a nice, small, family oriented place to relocate to or visit for 6 mos or longer.
