We are just a few blocks from Rhodes college and on the bus line. The rent is $334 a month which would include a private bedroom, small closet, as well as a phone jack and internet access. This home has shared bathrooms. Utilities are not included and usually run around $100 per month. That includes cable and wireless internet. As for the house, we have hardwood floors throughout. The house includes a dishwasher, screened in back porch, a front porch swing and laundry facilities in the basement. There is also some small storage space in the basement. Parking is included in the front of the house and in the back of the house. If you were our roommate, you would be sharing the house with two females in their 30s. We are both working professionals. Jennifer if a special education teacher, and Kimberly is a professional tutor for a private school in Memphis. Kimberly is also a mother to two children. The children do not live in the home but visit on occasion (usually for a few hours a week). We like to have fun and go out, but we also know how to buckle down and take care of business.
