I do have one other roomate that lives here currently, and he will be staying. We try to keep a drama free house here. I would like to have someone that knows what the word responsibility means. <![CDATA[My husband and I are relocating from the San Francisco Bay area to Memphis for my husband to complete his PhD, this means we are looking for a place we can settle down in hopefully for the five years it will take him to complete his schooling. We have a five month old son and two, well behaved dogs under 25 pounds. This means we need a two bedroom, in a safe area (preferably within walking distance to cute shops, restaurants, etc. with a fenced in backyard for our pups. I look for odd jobs on here, im fully equiped for lawn and landscaping service, have my own tools for framing,carpentry work, and lots more.Im a very good handyman as well. My only requirements are internet access other than restroom, washer/dryer, refrigerator access. House/Apt amenities are not important to me as I spent all of my time in my room reading and studying. I am a very clean, polite, drug/alcohol free person and respectful guy who uses very little in the way of utilities.It doesn't bother me if you drink or get high as long as it doesn't affect me.Parties are also fine as long as I am able to rest. I am a very open minded person! I need a place for 3-4 months approximately. My wife and kids will be arriving around that time and we will be renting a place of our own. The closer to Olive Branch the better, but I will certainly consider any other location that is not too far away from Goodman & Hwy 78. I would like to pay around $75 per week (Neg depending on the place/location). After the first 2-3 weeks I can pay by the month.
