This full-time position is located in Memphis, Tennessee. <br> <br> Position Summary <br> In this position, you will recruit for hourly production workers to exempt level managers. We are looking for a seasoned recruiter who knows how to ask the right questions to forward the right candidates to the hiring manager. You will use tact and diplomacy to handle sensitive issues and be viewed as a strong and trusted resource to our internal customers in operations. You will report to the corporate HR manager out of Omaha, Nebraska with a dotted line to the Plant Manager and DC Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for safety, benefits administration, recruitment, training, workers compensation follow up and reporting and much more at our Memphis facility. <br> <br> Essential Duties and Responsibilities <br> • Recruit for positions that range from hourly production workers to salaried managers <br> • Maintain a strong line of communication with corporate human resources and the operations department. <br> • Ensure that all new hire documents and required testing is completed in a timely manner <br> • Work directly with the plant manager and director of operations to proactively address hiring and other personnel needs. <br> • Conduct safety training, new hire orientation training, GMP training, harassment prevention training and alcohol awareness training at the Plant and Distribution for the day and evening shifts. <br> • Ensure that all employee files are correct and up to date. <br> • Work with corporate human resources and operations department to process all required documentation associated with accidents and incidents. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred. Must have 3 plus years’ specific experience or similar related experience.
