He was dragging a long chain and being followed by a larger dog that ran off when the terrier mix was approached. Looks to be in good health. He was panting heavily and was given water. <![CDATA[Still holding out hope that we will find our boys. We lost them last Oct. My lil boy (3 at the time) was outside w/ his Grandmother & our Austrailian Cattle Dog. He opened the door to come in & our Husky knocked him down to get outside because he didnt wanna wait his turn and took off running. Our ACD followed suit and took off behind him. We immediately ran after them but when we got to the top of the hill there was no sign of them. We went back to our house to grab our car and proceeded to search for hours with no luck til it was to dark to see. Then spent the next several months going out to search for them almost everyday. We contacted all the surrounding shelters & vets offices and still check back regularly but never found them. Now almost a year later my son is still beating himself up over it. Our family is just not complete without them. They were last seen on Desoto Ave in Hernando MS. I am including a pic of hogan of Hogan Husky Heroes (with their permission) because he & Calup took just a like. Please if you have any information that could lead to their return please e-mail me. Discriptions: Calup is a Siberian Husky. He is black & white w/ mask, his right eye is blue, his left is brown, & only one of his balls dropped. He was wearing a brown leather collar when he ran. Gizmo is an Austrailian Cattle Dog. He has a brown head w/ white muzzle & streak running up between his eyes which are brown, his whiskers are all white on one side & all black on the other, his neck has blue heeler markings, his back is black, his legs are tan, his feet are marked like a red heeler, & is fixed. He was wearing a blue & green camo collar w/ rabbies tag on it. ]]>

He is negative for heartworms and worms, but has a "hot spot" on his chest which the vet says is from consistently scratching the same area. I have antibiotics, topical cleanser, and drying powder for him. He was also given heartworm prevention. Please help me find his home.]]>

<![CDATA[There was a small black and white dog that looked like a chihuahua running around in the streets on Old Brownsville and Rensslaer Roads in Bartlett yesterday. He may have an injury to his back leg or just a limp. This dog had a collar on but we couldn't catch him/her. ]]>

The female is just a puppy and is a beautiful blue color with a white chest, some white on her face and white feet. The male has more white than the female. These dogs wouldnt ever hurt a soul. The female comes from a bloodline with a documented skin disorder so if they were stolen, you probably wouldnt want to breed her. The male wouldnt fight anything so he wouldnt be of any use to someone with malintentions. These dogs come from a loving family who just want them home. Neither of them were wearing any identification since they are inside dogs. Please if you or anyone you know recently acquired 2 pit bulls matching this description please email me or call me. We are willing to come pick them up without any recourse. We just want them home. The male is about 3 years old and the female is only 5 months old. They are both very loving and there are alot of people who miss them. The pictures show the male as the one sitting up, the second picture is the only picture I can find of the female and the third picture is of her brother from a previous litter. They look almost identical and is the only picture I can find that would look similar to her. Please dont hesitate to call or email. The fireworks on the 4th scared him, he pushed our door open and got out. We were hoping to find a good home for him once he had totally healed from his eye surgery. <![CDATA[Neighbor getting even for calling the cops on him for laying rubber down our quiet neighborhood street probably took my cat from my yard around 5 a.m. Saturday morning, May 29th in the Colonial Hills area of Southaven. I had just let all my cats out, returned to the house to scoop the litter box, and five minutes later, she had vanished. He was the only person around, and acting very suspiciously. Later that night, he unloaded an animal cage from the back of his truck. Yoda is two years old. She's a black & white tuxedo cat with a black spot under her chin. She was spayed on 05/06, so her stomach is still shaved. She's only been going outside for a couple weeks. If she's alive, I know she's scared and hungry. He could have taken her anywhere, but not too far, I think. PLEASE help me find my cat. She's missed so much by her family. ]]>

<![CDATA[I found a female chocolate lab in my front yard on the fourth of July. She seems a bit malnourished and the upper part of her coat looks sunbleached. So, I figure she's probably been away from home for a while. She's wearing what appears to be a faded tree bark cammo collar but no tags. She's a VERY sweet and loving dog and has a very respectful and polite demeanor. So, I figure that she's probably an inside pet and that someone is out there looking for / missing her. Unfortunately, I work out of town most weeks and am getting ready to go back on the road. So, I'm afraid that I can't harbor her any longer. Tomorrow, I'll be taking her to the Bartlett Animal Shelter. I tried the Memphis Humane Society and animal shelter. But, they both said they were full and couldn't take her. I'm posting this in hopes that her family will see it and either contact me or contact the Bartlett shelter directly. I will try and repost this every two days for the next week. I really hope that those missing her see this. Especially, since she's such a lovely dog and the idea of her being put down saddens me greatly.]]>
