<![CDATA[I need a home inspector to inspect a very small house i am purchasing in memphis tn. please at least show me some of your work... i had some guy tell me he been "inspecting homes" for over 25 years and when it was time for us to meet at the home i wanted him to inspect... he NO SHOWED and NEVER returned my calls. He had me waiting for him for over an hour. so yes, i was pissed. o well. lol Please be professional. i need the person to look under the house to see if any damages. i know when i was walking around the house, it felt a little like the floor was uneven under the carpet or like something was poking under the carpet. i noticed a small stain on the ceiling too. the house shouldn't take more than an hour to look at thoroughly cause its so small. the size of all the rooms (2 bedrms and kitchen is approx 10 x 11) and ( 10 x 13 for the living room. the bathroom is tiny too) give me a price to pay. i've had some prices given to me and they were way to much considering the size of the house.
