<![CDATA[Phoenix Homes, a division of Omni Visions Inc seeks a Regional Director for Memphis, Jackson, and subcontract RTC oversight. <br> <br> This is very responsible administrative social work involving total responsibility for all aspects of the coordination and delivery of services for children in State Job responsibilities include the supervision of Team Leaders and Resource /Adoption Coordinators who are responsible for the delivery of services to children and families. Incumbents frequently attend Team Leader’s meetings to provide assistance and direction with caseload issues and serve as a liaison with other regulatory and competing agencies. Additional activities include the development of operational policies and procedures to insure compliance with state regulations and internal operating procedures and the development and monitoring of the regional budget. Periodically employees in the class must intervene in crisis situations; therefore they must remain in an on-call status when not on official leave. Job responsibilities require extensive knowledge of the regulations governing foster child care, strong supervisory and organizational skills and significant decision-making and interpersonal skills for successful performance. This group will provide direction; give guidance and support in order to maintain structure, cooperation, and professionalism, resulting in the fulfillment of the church’s goal to operate in the “Spirit of Excellence”. Responsibilities will include providing music for church service(s)/program(s) and musically assisting overall leadership of the various ministries of the church. <br> <br> PREREQUISITE(S): <br> Must be saved and filled with the Holy Spirit. <br> <br> EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING & EXPERIENCE: <br> 1. Must be able to play keyboard and Hammond B3 exceptionally well. <br> 2. Must be able to teach music parts to worship team and choir. <br> 3. Must know how to play gospel music (church music), Pentecostal Hymns and Praise Music songs (COGIC OR APOSTOLIC) as well as modern anthems and worship music. <br> 4. Must know how to manage and lead large groups of people. <br> 5. Must have the ability to train and teach others on main instruments. <br> 6.
