<![CDATA[I recently moved out to an apartment closer to the University of Memphis, however, I still have a lease active until July of 2009 in Bartlett. I have left most of my things in the apartment, as the new one is fully furnished. It is a very nice and quiet place to live. I will provide Direct TV, however utilities will run you around $45-60 a month depending upon how much you use, and I would be glad to tranfer them to your name if that would make you feel better. The lease can go month to month after October 30, so if you would like to move out at any time, I just ask that you give me 30 days of notice so I can take the proper action. It has new appliances, and is pet friendly, however if it is a dog, you will have to pay $250 pet deposit(not my doing, trust me I tried to keep a dog without them knowing.)
