<br>
;)
<br>
<br>
I just moved last year from NYC to the Philippines.
<br>
<br>
I just bought a 2000sqft warehouse and would like to convert it into a live/work space. It will have:
<br>
<br>
2 bedrooms
<br>
2 1/2 baths
<br>
Maids quarters
<br>
Small gallery
<br>
Working art studio
<br>
Pool
<br>
Landscaped area
<br>
<br>
It's a very unique building, it already has sever existing interior (concrete block) walls that I don't want to mess with (from previous tenants)
<br>
<br>
Part of the back of the warehouse was flattened with the last volcano here, which has left a nice chunk of space in the back for a pool and hang-out area.
<br>
<br>
The architects that I'm dealing with here are pretty much delivering cookie-cutter plans without much real 'spark' - think Korean modular housing.. It just doesn't work for a warehouse, and I need someone who can do warehouse/urban/modern.. Lol
<br>
<br>
I was thinking maybe I could find someone from one of the schools around Miami with a nice portfolio that wants to take on the gig. It might be great for your portfolio and you could make a little cash as well.
<br>
<br>
It can be as rough as a penciled scans, or as finished as you want to make it. Space layout is really what I'm desperate for, rather than actual interior design. Looking for inspiration from you!
<br>
<br>
I'll send you photos, a detailed measurement of existing space, and a few clippings of a few other places I like.
<br>
<br>
When the project is done I'll send you photos as well, and give real feedback.
