<![CDATA[We are looking for several people (for two different positions) to help out with a real estate marketing event from October 15th through November 15th, located in the downtown West Palm Beach area near CityPlace. Hours and Days will range between 3-5 days a week from 7 to 8 hours per day. Working on November 15th is mandatory for all staff members. Position #1). Your duties on a daily basis (will vary daily) will include meeting and greeting at a sign in table, giving directions and information about a property, using a simple computer input tool (need excel experience), as well as helping with setup and cleanup for all signage and marketing materials that are out along the property. Position #2) We are also looking for other people to hand out water bottles and information, onsite as well as both setup and cleanup of signage materials (same hours and times as above) The dress code for position #1 and position #2 will entail business casual, but most likely will include black pants/skirt and a collared shirt or blouse of some type. Compensation will be $15 per hour. Experience in real estate is not necessary, but a background in sales or customer service oriented jobs is preferred. <![CDATA[South Florida I am looking for DJ's of many skill levels and genres interested in participating in a friendly competition with some pretty decent prizes. It will be held in Hollywood, Florida tentatively in late November (or as soon as enough show interest). There are a few DJ spots left. Bring your skill and your good mannered fans to rock and win - leave ego's and jerks at home. If interested, message me for further info. Don't say you're too good and shoot this down, prove that you're good by entering and perhaps winning some cool prizes(or not - OUCH MY EGO!) PLEASE NOTE - the initial process requires all DJ's interested to buy 10 presale tickets ($55 in total) to take and give away, break even by sales or make more than they paid by sales to friends, fans or family. This is only to ensure that we have the money to pay for the venue in advance and allows us the business security to cover expenses for the night. I am happy to meet in person and speak with you to ensure that this is no scam of "sending money online". Once you purchase the tickets you can do whatever you want with them. Make no effort (give them away, throw them away), attempt to break even and make your $55 back (which at $5-6 a ticket should be that hard), or make more by tacking an extra dollar or 2 on. Whatever you choose to sell them for is up to you and what you think you people will spend to come see you. Keep in mind too that you can sell 5 tickets @ $10 a piece and make your money back in half the effort on half the people ( as opposed to 10 tickets at $5 a piece ).
