A little mix of bars/nightlife and being outdoors. I think I'm going to try and take up kite boarding, sounds fun. I'm looking for a female roommate who wants to share a spacious condo with me. MY BUDGET: I figure, since I'm moving to Miami, I'm going to do this right. I want to get a killer place. For my share, I'm willing to spend anywhere from $1200 to $1700 for the right place. A 2 bed 2 bath at minimum. Ideally, I'd like to find a 3 bed, 2.5 bath for around $3K. LOCATION: I spent a couple weeks down there to get a vibe for the different areas. I can't really make up my mind between Brickell or South Beach. Very tight areas in both. In Brickell, it must be south of the river, but north of 15th Rd. In S. Beach, I want to stay on the west side. Also something on one of the Venetian Islands I think would be cool. STYLE: I'm thinking spectacular views of the water. Bay or ocean. Perhaps of downtown from another side. Definitely a patio or private balcony. A parking space for each of us. A decent gym and pool. Preferably a high floor, perhaps a corner unit, or penthouse.]]>
