Palm Beach area (Any area that is not further North than Okeechobee is acceptable). 2+ Bedroom Prefer 2+ bath (but not a deal breaker). Must be outside city limits. By this I mean, I am looking for a Home in the country. I have 3 small dogs and I don't want to worry that they are going to be hit by a car if they get outside the fence. I would really like a place with a large shed, barn, storage / workshop area (but this is not a deal breaker). A privacy fence is a MUST! I will pay for materials, labor and permitt if required. I would prefer a place with shade trees and grass. Central AC is a MUST! Washer and Dryer Hook Ups inside House or in covered area is a MUST! Currently I am on a fixed income and I cannot afford to pay more than 800.00 a month for rent. Move in cost is a major concern. I love Home Improvement projects, so, if the house needs minor work that is okay. No serious structural damage or problems please. I have photos of previous Home Improvement projects.
