We are looking to have 5-15 things covered in each of the five categories above, for each of the main neighborhoods (probably 15-20 neighborhoods total).

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for effectively closing hot leads created by our 4 e commerce store fronts. Expertise and Experience in flooring and home furnishings a plus.

The right candidate will work with the CEO to identify and develop sales targets and strategies including identifying market trends and the competitive landscape.
<br>
The CEO and the sales executive will work together to simultaneously manage customer needs and expectations while meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans.
<br>
Sales Executive will be answering a high volume of quality inbound calls and calling customer inquiries to complete a sale. He or She must demonstrate the greatest ethical and business standards and acts with the highest degree of professional integrity.
<br>
Salaried position plus commission, sales executive must be flexible with working hours, weekend and after hour on premise and virtual outbound calling is required.

Monday to Friday 1PM to 9PM

Saturday and Sunday 9AM to 5PM

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of Inside B2C ecommerce Sales/Telesales experience a necessity

• Resourceful and creative with a proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas including creating sales plans, identifying prospects and account objectives, making outbound calls that include prospecting for new business, developing current accounts, proposing and closing business over the telephone.
<br>
• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to prospective and current customers.
<br>
• Experience with Google Docs, MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and CRM tools
