brokers do BPOs for the banks, investors and real estate portfolio
managers because they hope to get some REO listings. And as we know, they
don't pay all that much for what is a lot of work between filling out the
BPO form with the subject property data and the sales/listing comps ...
and then they want at least 3 photos of the subject property. All that
work for around $40 to $50 average. And, even if you don't mind sitting
at your computer to do the broker price opinion, you still have to get in
the car and drive to some unknown location, in all kinds of weather and
traffic conditions to take the pictures. The part that many don't like so
much ... but it's part of the deal and you want those REO listings ...</font></div>

<font size="2">That's where I come in. I'm an experienced BPO/CMA
photographer. As the company I worked full-time for has moved up north,
I'm offering my services to other real estate agents and brokers. My
prices are more than reasonable and you'll still have money leftover from
each BPO you do. Those that remember why you are doing these BPOs may
want to share and leave the photo work to me. I primarily serve the
Central Palm Beach County area, but will travel as far north as Port St. Lucie
