<![CDATA[I need to have a new motor installed on a 6x16 garage door in Glendale WI. I will purchase the unit at Home Depot or Menards, and if there is any carpentry needed to be done (where the motor or springs mount for example) I can have that done right away. The door is a 2 yr old non-insulated, single sided steel door that currently has a locking handle in the center of it. I'd like the handle removed with the hole plugged and locking spring cables removed as well. I also have a chamberlain unit at my house in Germantown that either needs new sensors or perhaps something else is wrong with it; we can't get it to close without overriding the sensors (I think) and holding the button down until the door has gone all the way down. It is 10 years old, so I'd consider just replacing the whole unit if you thought that was best; I'd like to add a remote panel anyway. Please email me what your price (or range) would be for either one or both of the jobs, and let me know when you'd be able to do it. I'll pay cash when the work is completed. I work full-time and own two businesses so I'm a busy lady and I don't have time to figure out how to fix the motion light we knocked off the house or the stupid hose that was once connected to my dryer. Here is the list of things I need assistance with: 1. Hose on the back of the dryer. I need a new one and it needs to be connected. I don't want to know where to go and buy these things or how to connect them. I just want someone to do it. 2. Motion lights. Knocked on off playing baseball in the yard, but have two other ones that just don't work. 3. These molding corner pieces came off and they need to go back on the wall. 4. Bath needs to be re-caulked (and the old stuff needs to come off). I tried it and it looks so bad. 5. I need a stage like wood thing disassembled and taken to the trash 6. I need two steel fixtures drilled in cement ...there are other things, but you get the point. I am trying to avoid multiple emails going back and forth about price, bids, etc… I'd like to find someone that will do it for $15 per hour. In addition, I am crazy and pretty blunt so you'd have to be able to deal with that.
