C'est très ensoleillée pendant toute la journée et a une très belle vision sur la ruelle. En plus possède un spacieuse placard, et est muni des meubles suivantes : un grand matelas, deux tiroirs, et une table à écrire, en plus de quelques petits accessoires de plus. Par contre si t’as tes propres meubles je peux relocaliser les miens, ça ce n’est pas un problème. Pour compléter la description de l’appart : il y a une salle de télévision (living room) avec un grand sofa et un autre petit, et une grande cuisine où se trouve aussi la grande table à manger. La salle de bains à une grandeur moyen et il y a une outre très petite chambre que j’utilise comme dépôt.

Il n’y a pas ni de laveuse, ni de sécheuse, ni de lave-vaisselle, mais il y a une buanderie à 7 minutes que ça coute 1$ et une autre à 3 que ça coute 2.5$.
