Günther Koehler est un jeune soldat de l’armée Allemande de la 51e division de la 4e armée allemande positionné sur le front d’Ypres en 1915. Officer Holt is a middle-aged Canadian officer for the 22nd French-Canadian battalion. SYNOPSIS : Le 22 avril 1915, sur les plaines de Flandres de Belgique, la bataille d'Ypres a fait ses ravages. François, un jeune soldat Canadien-Français, recherche son frère perdu sur le champ de bataille entre les deux lignes.
