Unfortunately I have a lovely studio apartment with more than a year left on the lease. <br> <br> To solve this problem, I'm looking for someone who would be willing to take over my lease beginning around June 1st. <br> <br> This will be a NEW LEASE, not a transfer of mine. The management company says it will cost $750 a month for a 12 month lease, and $850 a month for a 6 month lease. There is also a $199 charge for the application (credit check fee), and security deposit. I would be willing to pay this fee if you are willing to move in between May 18th and June 1st (That is, between the end of my 60 day notice and the beginning of another month's rent). Please note that as of this time, the apt. will not be available until May 18th. <br> <br> Now the good part: <br> <br> This is a very nice apartment. Perfectly located near downtown, across the street from Vanderbilt, right between West End and the always amusing Elliston Place. Old hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, oven, DISHWASHER), gas stove. All appliances are new. Kitchen was redone before I moved in with new cabinets and counter-tops. Lots of windows. Radiator keeps this place VERY WARM in the winter, which was really, really nice. It is located on the top floor away from street noise. Nice bathroom with a big bathtub. Lots of storage (three closets). Pets are allowed but I think there is an additional deposit.
