The home I rented after the flood was in foreclosure before I moved in, and I didn't find out until it was auctioned off. I am currently sleeping on a cot in my parents laundry room. So ready to get out of there! I'm looking for a place that allows pets. I have 3 house trained dogs, Two of them are very old. I'm a clean person, cant stand messy place or bad smells, I always take care of my living space. I can afford $400-$550 a month, give or take. I am looking for two bedrooms, but one will do for now. I would love to be located near family in Ashland City, but will go out further for the right place. One thing though, I am in the process of selling my car for parts because it was in the flood, and I cant pay rent or a deposit right away. It's approximately 500 sq-ft in size and features 2 windows overlooking the yard, a private bathroom with shower and separate entrance through the garage. The large room is divided in half by a wall/built in shelving, which would be perfect for a living room - bed room arrangement. Washer and dryer can be used and are located in the garage. The kitchen is upstairs and would be shared. We also have a large car port where one car could be parked. <br> <br> <br> The rent ($500) includes water and electricity but not internet and TV (we could share the cost for those). The house is heated with gas and we have a tank that we get filled at the beginning of the cold season. So we would split that cost appropriately as well. <br> <br> Our neighborhood is great. We are only 5 minutes away from Eastland Cafe and Rosepepper's Restaurant and only 7 minutes from Mad Donna's and 5 Points. <br> The neighborhood is an older, well established area. The same people have been living here for 30 years. The area is safe and everyone is really friendly.
