This is a part time position that requires a very flexible schedule. Candidates must be available to work 3-4 evenings a week along with some day time hours for administrative duties.

Position Duties/Responsibilities
<br>
<br>
• The primary duty of the Senior Brand Ambassador (SBA) is to lead a team of Brand Ambassadors (BA) on assigned program nights. The SBA and BAs execute consumer interactions for scheduled Program Nights in locally signed venues (bars, pubs, and clubs).
<br>
<br>
• While at a signed venue, the SBA and BAs will be building brand awareness to gain exposure and trial at promotional program nights.
<br>
<br>
• Throughout the duration of the Program Night, the SBA is responsible for managing the promotion, supervising BAs, and is always conscious of upholding the MSA and legal standards. The SBA is always present as the primary venue contact and the program’s logistical troubleshooter.
<br>
<br>
• The SBA will also be responsible for managing and evaluating the growth of their team of BAs. This will include the ability to evaluate, coach and assist in developing performance plans for each BA as well as successfully running and cultivating their market and team’s growth potential.
<br>
<br>
• The position also requires the SBA to regularly attend program trainings to keep up to date on current and relevant promotions and information related to their position.
<br>

• The SBA will perform administrative duties including recapping the results of executed program nights.

• This position requires some travel.

We offer a substantial commission starting at 50% total sale. The position is entirely commission based, and you would be an Independent Contractor to the company.

Potential earnings as a BizGlimpz.com Design/Marketing Consultant:

Minimum sales commission per transaction is $49.50 (no design component)
<br>
Maximum sales commission per transaction is $368.50 (full design component)
<br>
Five sales per week at maximum commission is $1,842.50
<br>
Five sales per week for fifty two weeks maximum commission is $95,810
<br>
<br>
The process is challenging, but can also be very fun. You would be wearing the multiple hats of sales agent, photographer/videographer, web designer, Internet marketer/advertiser, and web publisher. The position allows you to be creative and artistic, and you get a nice reward of helping a business increase their success.
<br>
<br>
You should enjoy taking pictures AND videos, and you must have skills using computers and the Internet. You will need your own lap top computer and video camera (high end equipment not required).

<br>
You also will need to be creative in generating your own leads and referrals.
