Treatment encompasses the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual dimensions of recovery by offering a safe, loving and healing environment, combining professional excellence and the principles of the Twelve Steps. <br> <br> POSITION SUMMARY <br> The Program Director provides the leadership necessary to insure that the mssion of Mending Hearts is carried out, serving its population with quaility and professional care. Program Director oversees that psycho-education groups and structured group therapy and individual counseling and/or therapy to patients and/or families impacted by substance use and mental health disorders are carried out on a daily basis by qualified facilitators; filling in were necessary. This position identifies problems and solutions and develops a foundation for the recovery process through structured treatment process. This position coordinates with assigned Counselor, Case Manager and Nurse Practioniner to develop treatment plans for Patient population.
