<![CDATA[I am looking for someone who is interested in sharing a nice 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment at the Grande View Apartments in West Nashville. It will be available January 1st. I have lived here for nearly 8 years now and I would like to stay, but I need to share some of the expense. The apartment was new when I moved in, and it is in like new condition. The apartment is 1185 sqare feet in total size. The apartment complex is beautiful with all the amenities that anyone could ask for. There is a workout/fitness room, a computer/fax room, two pools, tennis court, sand volleyball court, and more. It is right off of I-40, so the drive to downtown Nashville is only 10-15 minutes. The apartment is roommate-style (bedrooms/bathrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment) so your bedroom/bathroom area is separate from the rest of the apartment so you can have plenty of privacy. Your bedroom is 12’2” x 11’6” in size. The apartment is furnished except for your bedroom. You will need to provide whatever bedroom furniture you need. The rent would be $540 per month (or $125 per week). The rent includes utilities such as electricity, water, trash service, extended cable television w/ DVR, and wireless high-speed internet access. A regular-sized washer and dryer are inside the apartment for your use as well. There is also a nice-sized, open kitchen with microwave and probably anything you might need if you like to cook. You can choose to pay weekly or monthly. My roommate moving out preferred paying each week on Friday when he got paid, and that worked great for both of us. The first month's payment would be due before you begin moving in. I also will require that you provide recent rental/housing references (last 2 years minimum) showing that you have a history of paying your rent in full and on time. Clean reference(s) mean you move in without paying a deposit. As for me, I am a quiet, very open-minded, easy-to-get-along-with, stable, college-educated+, almost 36 year old male (many people guess me to be younger) who tends to mostly work and stay home. You must be a quiet, clean, responsible, considerate roommate. I'm open to considering a male or a female. If you think you might be interested please let me know, and we can discuss more details.
