It's a two bedroom at The Grove in Murfreesboro, TN. Hardly 5 minutes from campus! The apartments were built last year, so they are practically new. Great furniture, great bedrooms, WALK-IN CLOSETS, large bathrooms, all appliances included (dishwasher, washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, garbage disposal). High speed internet and cable is also include. It's a great place for anyone, not just college students! The clubhouse has a workout room and tanning along with a computer room, pool table, and coffee bistro (which is free). The pool area is great with fire pits, cook out areas, volleyball, and basketball.

We are needing two people to take over two seperate leases. You lease by the room, so you are only responsible for your part of the rent not your roommate's part. You may be thinking that $470 is expensive, but I promise you won't be able to find a fully furnished, all included two bedroom apartment for any cheaper in the Murfreesboro area.

The bedroom has a private bathroom and large walk-in closet. The door to the bedroom has a deadbolt lock for privacy and security. The lock on the front door is a special electric key for extra security. The Grove is a safe community and only moments away from MTSU campus.
