MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Act as a technical resource for Sales Executives, develop and deliver high quality standard Primavera presentations and demonstrations, present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction and overall Primavera solutions.

· Design, validate, and present Primavera software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products.
<br>
· Develop and manage reference sites through high quality technical, professional client relationships.
<br>
· Interview and consult with customers in order to gather and determine needs for project deployment. Work with new and existing customers in order to identify unrealized customer needs and recommend business process changes that help customers maximize ROI of purchased solutions.
<br>
· Mentor customers to support the new solution deployment. In cases where customer purchases product implementation and support services, this person will provide ongoing consulting throughout the lifecycle of projects.
<br>
· Respond to customer support requests for support via telephone or electronic queue. Utilizes internal resources and/or knowledge-based tools to diagnose and resolve technical and process issues. Document support issues in CRM system.
<br>
· Develop and conduct professional product training in small and large forums, in our training labs or on customer sites, in person and via web casts, to accelerate customer adoption.
<br>
· Develop, contribute to and implement detailed customer deployment plans (i.e. Statement of Work / Implementation Action Plan). Play a key role in further developing current accounts by identifying complete solutions to meet additional unrealized customer needs.
<br>
· Recommend best practices for solutions to meet customer business needs. May configure existing company products to ease the process change and adjustment required to ensure pilot project success.
<br>
· Provide customer feedback, documentation and work samples to product management teams on quality, usability, content and feature requests for ongoing product improvement or feature prioritization.
<br>
· Help to identify key customer pain points with product implementations and clearly communicates them to appropriate sales and technical team members.
<br>
· May also direct work of others or create work schedules on assigned projects
<br>
· Provide topics, outlines, scripted documents and dataset for marketing department

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, an advanced degree is preferred.
<br>

Experience: Five (5) years relevant computer applications or database/tools experience. Experience with P6 and Expedition Contract Management preferred. Thorough knowledge of system and application design, strong verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing techniques. Demonstrated ability to develop and conduct small group training and solve complex technical problems with accounts in complex technical environments.

Competition Description: www.CompetingArchitecture.com is holding a competition to help the communities of people that have been affected by the recent string of earthquakes. We would like you to design a temporary structure that can be built for under $2,000 USD, and assembled with basic construction skills. The structure should be able to:

*provide a space for 250 adults to gather and receive aid
<br>
*support itself on unknown and possibly uneven terrain
<br>
*provide a space for delivery trucks to arrive safely and unload their supplies
<br>
*be converted into a community center
<br>
Please design your structures out of readily available materials; also include a plan for adaptive reuse.***This competition is for designs only. The construction and distribution of these structures is not part of the scope.***
