• Gathering reviews and maintains current patient information including psychosocial history, medical history, medication history, other medical conditions, labs and medication log documentation in the client’s record.

• Maintenance of current documentation of all individual sessions with clients, in the client’s record.

• Submission service encounter and billing forms in a timely fashion.
<br>
• Provision of education around current psychiatric treatment options, most common side effects and benefits of treatment to patient and their family members,.
<br>
• Participation in the development of clinical outcome measures, including development of the evaluation process for the program.
<br>
• Provision of staff training in the areas of psychiatric disorders, co-occurring disorders and differential diagnosis.

Qualified Candidates must possess:

- Current NYS Medical License and registration.
<br>
- BC / BE in Psychiatry
<br>
- 2-4 years Psychiatric experience with addiction treatment, the homeless population and the criminal justice system.
