Qualified Candidates must possess: - Current NYS Medical License and registration. - BC / BE in Psychiatry - 2-4 years Psychiatric experience with addiction treatment, the homeless population and the criminal justice system. - 2-4 years experience in community medicine or public health preferred - Experience with HIV - Experience in a supervisory capacity. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Ability to interact effectively with all populations served.
