• Motivate, coach, and provide direction to Resume Critiquer sales team

• Direct day-to-day activities to ensure that all sales quotas and management objectives are met and all critiquers are aware of where they stand with relationship to quarterly sales goals

• Evaluate sales data and utilize customer database to improve productivity and performance
<br>
• Play key roll in transitioning sales staff from mostly email communication with clients to more in-depth phone sales strategy

• Take lead in developing fledgling executive career coaching product and act as liaison between Ladders’ sales staff and third-party coaching vendor

• Work closely with internal marketing manager synergize sales approach throughout team

Requirements
<br>

• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a telesales environment
<br>
• Must have 3+ years of sales management experience, managing a team of more than 12
<br>
• BA or BS degree from a top tier college or university
<br>
• Energetic, upbeat, tenacious individual who knows how to create and maintain winning team dynamics
<br>
• Ability to work in a start-up, fast-paced, high-growth environment
<br>
• Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
