My apt is nicely decorated, furnished, good sized 2 bedroom, in a quiet artist building in the heart of hipster Williamsburg 3 short blocks from the Bedford L subway. Here are the average commute times from my apt: East Village 7 min ,,, Union Square & Whole Foods 10 min ,,, Meat Packing District 12 min ! The Williamsburg cafe, music and art scene is half a block away. Apt has cable, wifi, it’s decorated with paintings and art, each bedroom has a queen size bed, great kitchen if you like to cook, roof access with amazing views of Manhatten, full bathtub with shower. If you’re an art lover you will love my apt. Have flexibility in dates Nov 25 - Feb 1 ,,, rent is $850 a week or $121.43 a nite. If I feel good trust with someone will not require a deposit = ) There is a $50 fee for electricity & cleaning. This is a nice rental for two people traveling together or a family. It is located blocks from central park and the MET, 1/2 block from one of the best restaurant/bar stretches in the upper east side, and 2 blocks from the six line. Its a second story walk-up with great neighbors (read: very quiet building). As fas as furnishings, it has a very comfy memory foam platform bed, a leather chair, an LCD TV and DVD player, all the cookware and place settings you need, as well as original art (and even a non functioning fireplace mantle). It has been recently rennovated so all new appliances, full sized kitchen and full sized bathroom...its nicer than all of my friends apartments for sure. <br> <br> Ideally I would find someone who is interested in now through the end of February or March who may also be interested in taking over the lease.
