<![CDATA[It is a duplex apartment and I live on the top floor. You would have your private bedroom downstairs, with a private bathroom and a private entrance. In other words, your room downstairs has its own door to outside so you do not have to go upstairs every time you need to go in and out of the apartment. You also have a private patio where you can enjoy drinks, cigarettes or hang out. The kitchen is upstairs and of course you can use it whenever you like. The apartment has wireless internet and I leave my computer on the kitchen table so you can use it as you wish. I provide sets of clean towels, shampoo, conditioner and toothpaste. There is also a hairdryer and iron (with an ironing board). A bottle of beer or a glass of wine is complimentary when you get here.
