Coordinate the organization’s recruitment efforts and new hire procedures. Receive and review resumes, set-up interviews, interview in-house applicants as necessary and conduct or arrange for testing. Confer with hiring management on interviewing, selection, and general regulatory issues. Extend and negotiate Agency employment offers, and communicate rejections as directed. Conduct background checks, notify staff of new hire acceptances and start dates to ensure proper orientation and initiation, prepare new hire documentation, and administer the new hire orientation. <br> 2. Participate in the administration of company benefits. Maintain familiarity with benefits, regulations and related issues to act as a liaison between staff and insurance carriers and to provide responses to employee inquiries relating to coverage and payment issues. Participate in the annual insurance bid process, enrollment and processing of forms. Ensure that agency COBRA information is provided to carrier properly to keep agency in compliance. <br> 3. Gather all required documentation and keep current according to Federal and State regulations. <br> 8. Maintain pension savings plan data. Enter required information to pension administration software. Review, balance and reconcile to pension reports, and prepare and submit disbursements.
